How does one measure a 1/4 or 1/2 drop (as stated in the protocol 1000)? Thank you.

Put one activated drop in 1 cup of water. Now 1/4 cup will equal 1/4 drop and 1/2 cup equal half drop. Does that make sense?

Yes it does, thank you!

Hi I am new to this and wondering if anyone could help me. I did starting protocol, then the mold protocol according to Jim Humble’s book. I then started protocol 1000. I’m still having issues in my chest.its like a heavy, stuck feeling, uncomfortable, and a lot of burping of MSM. I’m 56 and have been on singular for past 30 years. I can’t breathe without it. I was able to cut it in half but I would do anything to get off of it. I know my histamines are still high and I’ve been doing protocol for a little over two weeks.

Should I redo mold protocol?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I thought I read that the daily bottle method was considered less effective than making a new dose every hour.

You may have heard somebody say that, but either method is effective. I have inquired of many people and it seems like neither one is superior over the other.

I am going to get the supplies and try this. While following the protocol, are there any foods I should avoid?

Eating Suggestions When Taking Chlorine Dioxide

-If I had a serious illness, I would avoid consuming antioxidants before my daily protocol started so that I could take advantage of every molecule of CLO2. An hour after the protocol one can eat whatever they want.

-The best results are achieved with fasting during the protocol.

-The caffeine from coffee, tea (Camellia sinensis), and other sources is long lasting. Caffeine can stay in the body for 12 hours+ (it has a ~6 hour half life), and can potentially reduce the first couple of doses of CLO2. Decaf coffee is not caffeine-free.

-It is best to avoid antioxidant supplements or antioxidants with long half lives before daily protocol starts and during protocol. High/moderate antioxidant substances include: raw brightly colored fruits and vegetables, vitamin C, vitamin E, most herbs and spices, herbal supplements, chocolate, herbal tea, wine, beer, some minerals like selenium/copper/zinc, etc.

-I would not eat large, high fat, high protein, high fiber, high antioxidant meals during the protocols because these take a while to move out of the stomach. If one needs to eat a more substantial meal, then it’s best to split the protocol into two 4 hour chunks. Eat the meal one hour after the fourth dose. After eating, wait at least two hours before remaining doses.

-If a snack is absolutely needed, I would make sure it’s a small, low antioxidant, low fat, low fiber, low protein, easy to digest food like: crackers, pretzels, apple slices with no peels, applesauce, bananas, white rice, white toast, refined grains, canned or cooked low fiber veggies, bone broth, potato with skin removed, plain white bagel, plain white pasta. Organic foods are best. Chewing food thoroughly helps speed digestion. Generally…foods that are lacking in color will have less antioxidants. I would avoid nuts, seeds, skins, and most raw fruits and veggies.

Hi, I’m using 28% sodium chlorite with 4% hydrochloric acid for an eye spray with 50 ml of saline solution (USP) and need .3 ml of DMSO (70%). Is this a 3000 ppm solution, and roughly how many drops of DMSO (100%) would it take to give me the correct amount for a 50 ml spray bottle?

Where can I learn more about how to proceed and what I can learn after finding that using 1/2 drop solution - 1/16 drop 8x - causes migraine ( herx reaction over years of detox including mycotoxins)?

You should use a binder while taking Chlorine Dioxide. Have you read the section in the ultimate guide book about binders? It starts on page 83. https://theuniversalantidote.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/v1.5.1-mob-The-Ultimate-Guide-to-Chlorine-Dioxide.pdf#page=84
