I have been using the small cotton rolls that dentist often use in their work. I dip both ends in the activated MMS solution, (1-4 drops) Sometimes following with a couple of drops of DMSO on the already saturated cotton bolster. This is for dental pain due to a cavity or bacterial buggers. Shove it in place and leave to soak. It works without the repeated swishing, etc. Try to take out before falling asleep. A short quick tip that works for me. Been using since 2017… very little info or protocols then. Someone said use Duck Duck to search. I totally agree. Keep up the good fight. Steve
Yay! This is wonderful. God bless you for all the work you do. I've been searching for all other options before laser surgery as a last resort. And think this might just be what I've been looking for. And just as excited to read part 2. Thank you so much!
I'd been reading about MMS1 and CDS for about a year, and a dental issue finally got me moving to try it. I had an infection in my upper jaw, not in a tooth but around it in the bone. I knew I didn't want any part of using a floroquinalone class antibiotic, so I gave MMS1 a try. It took a couple of weeks to completely clear it up, but it worked.
I have been using MMS for several years and just recently using it on a tooth/gum issue. I appreciated your article as it gave testimonials as well as actual “recipes” for different situations. Well done!
I'm scheduled for a sinus lift (didn't even know it's possible for a sinus to fall but I've recently learned that our upper teeth are the sinus "floor", & I had 2 upper molars pulled due to failed root canals that I failed to get implants in) and 2 tooth implants in a few weeks. The Periodontist wrote me a scrip for antibiotics with instructions to begin them 1 week before the procedure. I'm opting to use CDS the week prior and afterward rather than the antibiotics as I've worked too hard on my gut health to destroy my good bacteria. It's so comforting to know I have a good option for this oral procedure! Another hoorah for cholorine dioxide!
My concern with Chlorine Dioxide for oral care (other than short term for a problem) is that it alters the oral biome....and decreases the production of nitric oxide. So I'm wondering if they are not so appropriate for daily use? (I have been using Frontier's products and like them very much!) TY
It does not harm the Microbiome. Read the studies that are posted in the references. Beneficial bacteria have enough resistance to Chlorine Dioxide through their redox potential that they thrive in the environment. We're talking about therapeutic doses, not industrial doses.
turns out, it does NOT negatively impact the microbiome of the mouth, sinus or gut. Various reasons why, but it has to do with size of 'good bacteria' vs 'bad', voltage and acidic level (pH). We actually got some nitric oxide test strips - which actually test your saliva to see if your mouth has the necessary compounds (nitrate or nitrites I think) are present, after using our mouthwash, it was still totally fine. We also have been using these oral and nasal products for now decades, and none of us have high blood pressure or other similar issues. The guy who touts nitric oxide, and poo poo's using "mouthwash", has never tested our DioxiRinse or DioxiBrite toothpaste. He is essentially talking about typical OTC mouthwash's like Listerine, Scope, etc.
I did not know about the baking soda. I use the frontier pharmacy dioxy bright mouthwash. I thought maybe I was letting it sit too long and it got so strong that it ate away my enamel.
Thank you. Did you mention anything about what type of toothbrush to use when you're using anything with DMSO in it? And is there a resource that is more economical to buy them at?
Tahnk you for the information...Ive perused the telegram group am still looking for clarity. Its been stated that Humble claimed MMS/MMS1 wont treat a tooth bone infection; is that statement still hold or has there been subsequent information/testimonials put Jims claim into question?
I LOVE using CDS for a mouth rinse, and for drinking through the night (I get up to tinkle at least every 2 hours, so drink 5-6 sips each time). However, I recently discovered, while flossing, that my gum doesn't come down over the implant crown on my upper back implant tooth. Now I'm concerned that the CDS has gotten to the implant, & could cause corrosion! It doesn't directly contain the acid, but I understand it still has an acidic effect.
If you are using the proper concentration of Chlorine Dioxide around 20 or 30 PPM, this will not happen. They use Chlorine Dioxide in oral mouth rinses and it will not damage implants.
The only thing that I would make sure to do is to check the pH on the solution that you use after you prepare it just to see what it is. If it's too low, you can add a pinch of baking soda, and it will not cause any issues issues or interactions with the CDS.
Great, thanks so much CO! Not sure how to know if it's around 20 or 30 PPM, though. I usually use 5 mlL in 1 L of water. Does that sound diluted enough?
Wow. I must be really dense. That's not making sense to me, I'm so sorry. Would you be willing to tell me how much I would need to use in a liter of water? If not, I'll just dilute it down & hope for the best, lol.
Thank you. Frontier is a wonderful store who have apparently become swamped with business!

I wish Frontier wouldn't use saccharin, blue dye and titanium in their products.
SOOO grateful for your sharing snd effort put into this!! Thank you.

Thank you! Exactly what I need at the moment. Keep up the good work 👏

Here's a link to a bunch of studies comparing our mouthwash and toothpaste, and other products.. it is pretty interesting: https://frontierpharm.com/pages/white-papers
hope that helps!

Wonderful!! Thank you so much! I've recommended it to all my family and several friends, so this is very reassuring!!
Fabulous!!!
Is it possible the chlorine dioxide erodes the enamel?
Only if the pH is too low. That's why you had a pinch of baking soda. All commercial products, pH balance, and it's for this reason.
I did not know about the baking soda. I use the frontier pharmacy dioxy bright mouthwash. I thought maybe I was letting it sit too long and it got so strong that it ate away my enamel.
Have you written any articles on CDS for herpes, eye floaters, or anxiety? Thank you.

Thank you very much for the link.

I have seen tooth bone infections eliminated with this protocol when used with DMSO.
Thank you for being so responsive. I have Protocol J that Ill be using (w/ DMSO).
If you aware of another strategy to consider please direct me accordingly. many blessing to you!
If I had a oral infection or bone infection in my jaw, that is what I would try before I would seek medical attention.
Should the addition of DMSO be avoided when the person has amalgam fillings and crowns?

If you add 5 mL to a liter of water that will give you a 15 PPM concentration.
If you add 10 mL to a liter of water that will give you 30 PPM concentration.

How to calculate PPM for CDS
Dose x 3000 ppm/1000= final concentration?
How to calculate PPM for CDS in 1 Liter of Water
Formula: Volume of concentrate x 3000 ppm/1000= final concentration for 1 liter
Example 1:
10 ml x 3000 ppm/1000 ml = final concentration for 1 liter
30,000/1000 = 30 ppm
Final concentration= 30 ppm

Thaks so much for this info! I'm in the Netherlands. Would you know any place where MMS out could be bought?
