I have just begun the C Protocol and am wondering if there is a negative impact of completing the daily drink in 5-6 hours instead of the 10 prescribed (assuming no Herxheimer reaction) or if I need to approach it like I did 16:8 hour fasting? I've also put my step dad on a 10% DMSO spray with the 3000 ppm CDS fine mist for a leg ulcer he's had for over 2 months. Thank you sir.

I have been using CDS now for about 5 weeks.

Having been suffering from anxiety (severe at time, sometimes hard to leave the house) for over a decade.

Been on the bs fda shit off and on for years.

Since CDS, I would say 2-3 weeks into it, my anxiety is about 90% GONE !

I started with 3 drops per bottle mixed with 1 liter pure water (mountain valley).

I am now at 5 drops per bottle and my alcohol cravings have subsided drastically.

I have focus, energy and a healthy lack of procrastination.

I Prayed and Prayed for Our Lord's help from numerous self destructive habits.

This is what God sent me.......

Best regards to all !!!!!!!

For me, if I had alcohol at home, I'd usually have a drink or more each day until it was gone. It made me feel less anxious. I wasn't a career daily drinker but I could drink for days if it was around and not drink if it wasn't. Sometimes in the middle of doing home improvement projects though, the anxiety I'd get from the work itself would cause me to leave and get alcohol to drink while completing it. It made the work feel fun finally, whereas before it was almost depressing or anxious to me. Those feelings are definitely gone, I don't have the anxiety needing to be mended by alcohol anymore. My head is just peaceful and I am relaxed at night.

Also now the really weird thing is the thought of drinking reminds me of something toxic to my body and that's it? Whereas before the anxiety would have me think about alcohol in a completely different way, it was something that would have me feel more relaxed and make things fun and enjoyable. I think in part this was because my head was always foggy, it's crystal clear now.

Another benefit I have already BIG TIME is no more pain in my joints, I started doing pullups which I couldn't do before due to elbow pain I'd get. And many other pains have left me as well. I'm fasting for 8 hours a day while dosing and maybe that is part of it. But in general I am really looking forward to eating each day now LOL and for the first day today I have no headache at all and no head swelling (after the 2 days at 100 PPM doses LOL) but also some of that I believe was from coffee withdrawals which today is my 3rd day of no coffee. I have one big cup of tea when I finish the daily dosing with my food.

CDS has never been successful for malaria or autism. It is weaker than MMS. Most people find making it cumbersome and they are intimidated.

Great videos! One thing that comes to mind is the surface area of the water (and depth), does it matter? For example, a long tall bottle with a small surface area of water vs a mason jar with a little more width. Would it be better to use a large water container and a small shot glass in the middle of this ocean (since more surface water would be exposed to the gas)? If so, maybe the depth of water should be tiny too? Unless the gas also needs to stretch far and wide (and deep) so this whole idea is moot? Just thinking out loud here...

Curious Outlier's avatar

There are several different methods and container sizes that have been used. The less airspace the better. This message used with the shot glass and the sealed mason jar container utilizes 250 mL of water.

Per Brave browser's AI, to convert 35% HCL to 4% HCL (4% is the standard HCL concentration sold with chlorine Dioxide):

Using distilled water, add 1 ounce of 35% HCL to 9.52 ounces distilled water to get 4% HCL.

Here's the Full AI answer including formula. I substituted 1 OUNCE for AI's example of 1 Liter:

Step-by-Step Calculation:

Let's assume you have 1 liter of 35% HCl solution.

Calculate the amount of HCl in the solution: 35% of 1 liter = 0.35 liters of HCl

Calculate the amount of HCl in grams: Molecular weight of HCl: 36.46 g/mol 0.35 liters * 35% (as a decimal: 0.35) * 36.46 g/mol ≈ 47.13 grams of HCl

Now, you want to dilute the solution to 4% HCl. Let's say you want to make a total solution of 10 liters.

Calculate the amount of HCl in the final solution: 4% of 10 liters = 0.4 liters of HCl

Calculate the amount of HCl in grams: 0.4 liters * 4% (as a decimal: 0.04) * 36.46 g/mol ≈ 6.77 grams of HCl

To achieve the desired concentration, you'll need to add water to the original 47.13 grams of HCl to get a total of 6.77 grams of HCl in 10 liters of solution.

Dilution Formula:

Initial concentration × Initial volume = Final concentration × Final volume

Rearrange the formula to solve for the final volume:

Final volume = (Initial concentration × Initial volume) / Final concentration

Plugging in the values:

Final volume = (35% × 1 liter) / 4% ≈ 9.52 liters

To dilute 35% HCl to 4% HCl, add distilled water to the original solution until you reach a total volume of approximately 9.52 liters.

Not sure but I think Kalcker has a specific size of jar and amount of CD to get the 3,000ppm needed to be effective. I’ve also seen on Dr Yoho’s substack where a guest expert (sorry can’t remember her name) said the size of the glass container you store your CDS in does matter as a larger space will “gas off” faster and will lose effectiveness. Store CDS in smaller dark colored glass bottles in the fridge.

Expand full comment
Be Concerned's avatar

Andreas Kalcker has said this as well, that when there's space in the jar it will off-gas. That's a good idea, to pour the 1 liter batch into smaller bottles, for drinking every hour (or every 15 min as I sometimes do)...seems like that would keep the batch more potent.

Hi Kelly, regarding tooth and gum health, I have a great story for you about the power of 300 PPM solution of CDS used as a mouthwash to kill serious persistent gum infections and also the difference between MMS (drinking the drops, the original method of administration) versus CDS (gas infused water absorption) in terms of their acidity and effects on tooth enamel...

My gingivitis gum pocket infection began 9 years ago, I discovered it (the "gum pocket" as it's called by dentists) when it swelled up to the size of a small pea and caused me to go to the dentist thinking I had mouth cancer or something. The dentist popped the pea sized puss filled infection at my gum line and irrigated it with something nasty to kill the infection. It worked, the pain and infection were gone and I regularly cleaned my teeth at the dentist afterward until 2020 when the pandemic began. I haven't had a cavity since I was 12 (I'm 58 now), so I'm not focused as much as I should be on brushing and flossing, so I ended up with the gum pocket 9 years ago probably as a result which can be treated by brushing, flossing and regular teeth cleanings and using CDS as a mouth rinse (which I only recently discovered CDS).

Since the pandemic, my dentist office closed and then went out of business and I haven't had my teeth cleaned since 2020. As of about 2 years ago I started to have persistent pain more and more in the same original pocket location that landed me in the dentists office 9 years ago, plus it's slowly spread to the adjoining tooth. I wanted to cure the gum infection before going to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned, so he could just focus on cleaning my teeth vs paying for the irrigation treatment of my gums that were infected and then coming back later a second time to clean my teeth. This process of trying to eliminate the gum infection has lasted 2 years! I've treated the 2 pockets with DMSO, Lugol's Iodine, Hydrogen Peroxide and none of them cured the infection. They all helped a little but never eliminated it completely. At one point I had the big swollen pea sized swelling which I popped and treated with Lugol's Iodine to manage the infection since I knew what it was this time. I can't believe I went through all this as I type it out. Anyway, now for the GOOD NEWS...

Once I completed the 21 day CDS treatment (8 doses of CDS a day, 25 PPM, every hour on the hour), I found the pocket infection site was healing up a LOT, but still was not completely pain free - but WAY better results so far than any of the other treatments I'd tried over the last 2 years. This led me to research Dr Klacker's "Protocol J", using CDS in highly concentrated form for mouth rinsing only.

I started Dr Klacker's Protocol J a few days ago. I mixed up a batch of 300 PPM and rinsed my mouth with it for 3 minutes. I did it a few times a day. At the end of rinsing, I brushed my teeth with it while it was still in my mouth. I can attest that my infection is GONE 100% with NO gum sensitivity or pain remaining!! Like I mean none. Done. CDS at 300 PPM gave noticeable pain relief by the end of the FIRST day of use and it also brightens your teeth (noticeably at 300 PPM) WITHOUT damaging your enamel because CDS is not acidic, like MMS is. It is worth noting that if you use MMS (the original method of drinking the drops dispensed in a glass of water) then you are introducing a highly ACIDIC solution into your mouth which is BAD for your enamel, it dissolves the enamel which then allows bacteria to get into your very porous tooth bone which allows for the formation of cavities. I can't tell you how much I think everyone should use this as a mouthwash to prevent gingivitis and tooth decay/cavities.

READ THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING CDS PPM when using sealed glass jars and lids versus non-sealed lids to produce the CDS. Your PPM will vary from 25 PPM to 100 PPM depending on the container used to make the CDS. Read this or you’ll get a big unwanted dose like I did…

This above video method produces verified 2 Hour Ready To Drink CDS at 25 PPM. Test strip in the video shows this. HOWEVER, if you use a glass mason jar with a freezing lid that SEALS, you will get 100 PPM, not 25 PPM, using the exact same 25% CD and 4% HCL...

You’ll notice in the 2 Hour Ready To Drink CDS video in this substack that a plastic beverage sipper bottle with a quick release straw tip for sipping is used to make 25 PPM CDS. I believe this jar leaks some gas during the CDS production process while in the fridge, probably through the quick release sipper tip but I obviously can’t test that sipper jar, however, a leak will reduce the PPM strength if gas is in fact leaking out. I say this because I obtain 100 PPM using a GLASS quart size Ball Mason Jar with a Ball plastic sealing Lid, sold for sealing and freezing and does not leak.

In this glass mason jar I added 700 milliliters of reverse osmosis water at room temp (NOTE: Mil’s and CC’s are equivalent volumes). I then used a plastic bottle cap to combine 12 drops of 25% CD with 24 drops of 4% HCL, just like the video. I placed the cap into the mason jar just like the video and sealed the lid and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours each time I made a batch. I'm getting 100 PPM, consistently! That’s a large hourly dose versus 25 PPM.

To test the accuracy of the 0-500 PPM testing strips, I made MMS1 using 3 drops 25% CD and 3 drops 4% HCL and waited 30 seconds, then added 100CC of room temp reverse osmosis water. I dipped the strip into the 100 CC’s of solution for 2 seconds, did not shake off the excess liquid and waited 10 seconds. I get 25 PPM, consistently. So, the strips are accurate considering this PPM experiment is expected to show 25 PPM.

My Conclusion: My glass container and sealing lid are the only differences to this video’s method. Instead of using a partially sealing sipper cup, I’m using a 32 ounce quality Ball Mason Jar and Ball Plastic Sealing Freezer lid, in excellent brand new condition. I believe I am NOT leaking ANY gas once sealed and the plastic sipper bottle IS leaking gas, lowering the PPM considerably. This is all the data I have to go on at this point. I would like the substack creator to recreate the experiment and respond please.

--------------------------------------

My Experience of 6 doses of 100 PPM yesterday:

My first day of the 21 day Protocol, which I’m doing “Protocol C” (which is the same as Protocol 1000, if using MMS1 solution, they each are to provide close to 25 PPM, 8 times per day, each hour). The first dose I drank yesterday morning was of CDS at 100 PPM, I did not have my test strips yet but trusted the recipe as obviously this poster of this substack is very credible in this community to say the least, IMO. I felt it was so much stronger than the 3 drop activated MMS1 but I’d never tasted 25 PPM CDS so I had no way of knowing for sure. My stomach was a little upset and it burned my throat a little, not horrible, but enough to notice it and want a lot of water to wash it down. An hour later when it was time for my second dose, I tried the MMS1 at 3 drops instead, since I was familiar with it and knew it was easier to tolerate. I did MMS1 for 2 doses total, then went back to CDS and poured my 100 CC serving into the cup BUT diluted it with about 8 ounces of water so it would be easier to drink. I repeated this the rest of the day. I had a headache quite bad, was a little dizzy and my head felt like it was pressurized like a balloon, it was almost hard to think, if I had to be at work I couldn’t have done my job. I was cloudy mentally. I figured it was detoxing symptoms but was laying down for most of the time until the 8th dose was over and I could eat. Once I ate and had a cup of tea (I’m fasting 8 hours a day while on the protocol and not drinking coffee which I otherwise drink a whole POT of coffee a day, so I attributed my splitting headache to that as well) and immediately felt a lot better. No other side effects other than I dreaded the thought of doing 20 more miserable days like that with no energy and a splitting, aching, swelling head. Today I drank 8 doses of 100 PPM diluted in water and had almost NO side effects at all, I had a little headache in the early afternoon around my sixth dose without eating which I attributed to caffeine withdrawals. I gotta say that my head feels clearer, I seem to think clearer and recall things clearer. Like my brain was polished. I’ve felt clearer for a few days now. I ramped up my beginner dose the 4th and 5th days to doing 2 then 3 drops each day, since I didn’t feel any side effects at all during the entire Beginner protocol and was really excited to get started on the main 3 drop protocol 8 times a day. I could tell my head was getting clearer and I had more physical drive and energy and no procrastination toward getting things done. My girlfriend said my breath has NO odor and neither does my body. I have to agree that my mouth feels squeaky clean and gums are quite pink now and I also believe my teeth have gotten a little whiter!?! Probably the 100 PPM, LOL. My motivation and energy level has been greatly elevated until yesterday once beginning the 100 PPM doses by mistake due to no testing strips. But after I ate and the CDS was out of my body I felt better again, same with today. Just thought I’d share this experience of my accidental heroic (over)dose. I’ve used Lugol’s Iodine for years and have detoxed with it over time, so I probably didn’t have a bad detox experience even though I took 100 PPM doses right out the gate for 2 days, else who knows what may have happened. Don’t assume you can take 100 PPM and have the same results. I only could do it because I laid on the couch for the last 2 days, work would have been a real problem, a physical job would have probably been impossible, especially yesterday. Tomorrow I plan to do 25 PPM doses and expect I’ll feel great again all day.

Hi Curious! As a reminder of something I feel is very important to note on this page (right above your 2 Hour CDS video, in a conspicuous place somewhere ABOVE where the user clicks to watch the video) is a note to inform them of the varying PPM they may achieve while following your 2 Hour quick CDS recipe and the importance of test strips to verify results.

If you recall, about a month ago I wrote and said I achieved 100 PPM consistently while following your exact recipe which produces 25 PPM for you in your video but produces 100 PPM for me, and others. Elaine commented above that she too achieved 100 PPM following your recipe and my friend in another state who is doing CDS daily now also gets 100 PPM, not 25. I gave my friend a glass mason jar and plastic sealing lid, like I use. I don't know what Elaine uses? I remember you used a plastic sipping cup with straw attachment which may leak some of the gas (as a guess), thus giving the lower 25 PPM, versus my 3 examples each yielding 100 PPM. I mention all this because as you may recall, I consumed 100 PPM for 8 straight doses for 2 days in a row, until my test strips came as it seemed so easy to follow the simple directions in your video, I didn't think I really needed the strips at the time. I know now they are needed because I like to make more concentrated solutions for other things now, like mouthwash or as a bathroom cleaning solution in a spray bottle. My thought is someone who is trying to help themselves cure a disease could get discouraged by the harsh 100 PPM taste or its effects thinking it's only 25 PPM so it's really worth noting and also worth noting the importance of getting test strips since there are SAO many uses of it.

I'm a little over 30 days into using it now, I completed my initial 21 day protocol (8x day at 25 PPM) and have relief from joint pain as well as relief from brain fog which I had my entire life and would complain about my entire life, LOL. Not anymore. My outlook on life is better too. Thank you for your important role in my journey discovering CDS, your documentaries and videos and substack are what initially started my research into this fascinating molecule and all its uses and protocols. :)!!

For health It's better to do something like 8 takes in a day. This can be varied. For instance, you could do one take every 15 minutes for two hours or you can do one take every hour for 8 hours. For health purposes, I personally do once or twice per week one take every 15 minutes for two hours. This gives good mitochondrial stimulation. Kind of like a high intensity workout causes enough stress to make you stronger, but not enough stress to injure or damage you.

If you just took one take in a day, then it would probably be like doing 20 push-ups or walking for 10 minutes. Hope that makes sense as a comparison.

Now a month later I have started again, again with immediate success using just 4 drops a day. I’m apprehensive to increase it. I’m planning to do 21 days and see if this limited amount can give me ongoing relief without taking it every day.

I would love your thoughts on whether you think I should continue on a maintenance dose. I will say the no coffee till 3 pm is proving challenging!

When CDS was first used against malaria they wrongly thought that one ml of CDS was equivalent to one drop of MMS so they dosed too low based on that and so that may be why it failed. If they use higher dosing I would think it would work or if they use it via an IV. Basically I think they just need to work out the proper dosage. But if it still doesn't work than it must be that the sodium chlorite is playing a role in curing malaria. Thanks Curious :)
