We've been using the Snoot product for ~1 month. 3 sprays after exposure to public places. The idea is to kill pathogens in the nasal passages, where most enter your body, before they have a chance to take hold.
The Snoot product is good but seems pricey. $30 for either the strong or mild solution. Not sure how long one will last. Your method is much better and far less $.
What happens after the "Chlorine Dioxide Nasal Spray Procedure" cures? What happens after it cures nasal irritation? What happens after it cures a nasal infection? What happens if it cures shingles?
Nothing. Cured is not medically defined for nasal infections. Cured is not medically defined for sinus irritation. Cured is not medically defined for shingles.
In addition, cured is not medically defined for Chlorine Dioxide Nasal Spray.
Our medical system have no tests of cured for any nasal illness or disease. Our medical systems have no tests of cured for any illness or disease cured with chlorine dioxide.
And there is no interest. No one inside the system is working to define cured, nor to define "cured by."
On the other hand, there is "anti-interest." Our medical systems are not just ignorant of cures, not just ignoring cures, they are actively "anti-cure."
This is exactly why everyone should become their own doctorso that you can stay far away from the existing "healthcare" system. This is an unfortunate situation because being your own doctor can potentially be more difficult than trying to be your own mechanic. People just have to do the best that they can.
Yes. It is unfortunate. But there is another problem. I can become my own doctor - I am able. But I have many friends and family who cannot. And If I try to advise them, to doctor them, I can be imprisoned. In addition, even if a doctor cures with a forbidden treatment - the cure counts for nothing. The doctor might lose their license for "curing patients." That's the current medical paradigm. We can do better.
I prepared the nasal spray for my child this afternoon and he absolutely loves it. I’m going to have them start using it several times a day because I believe we might have mold spores in the air. They’ve been waking up congested and stuffy for many years no matter what I do… Dusting, EMF reduction, cleaning, you name it
I make a solution with 30 mL of saline and 0.3 mL of CDS 0.3%. And I keep that out for a couple of days, check it and then make a new one.
That’s because I don’t want to keep it in the refrigerator… I don’t think there would be anything pleasant about getting a 15°C spray of, nasal spray :)
Also added CDS to all of the humidifiers. 20mL CDS for 2 liters water. I’m gonna see how that’s gonna roll for a couple days, I may bump it up to 30 mL. Especially if there are mold spores in our home which I have a very strong feeling that is the case. We live in an area that’s high humidity, there’s mold everywhere outside.

Do you NOT recommend this because of all the variables that a person would have to do per room/house, evaporation, temperatures, ventilation, etc..
Sort of like disinfecting a room with MMS1 in a bowl and shutting the door. It's ok bc there are no humans in there. The humidifier could do the same (for more hassle) but the heat would wipe out the CD quite quickly, would it not? And then the humidifier with water would only add to the humidity issue.

Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it. The sciences are not my strong suit so I'm really looking for a "cds for dummies" version. Are you in the states? Where do you purchase youra already activated? That might be easier for me to begin with. Thank you.
Thank you so much for putting the "recipe" for sinus spray online. I suffer from near constant stuffiness and sinus headaches. I've had many migraine level sinus headaches. I've had multiple surgeries trying to relieve the sinus pain, but none worked and letting them reduce the turbinates actually made me feel worse.
I ordered Snoot recently and was excited to try it until I read the ingredients. The "extra" ingredients they have added appear to be potentially toxic from what I have researchd i.e.:
Glutaral – Scores an F (the worst score possible) on EWG’s website: “Evidence of skin irritation/allergies/damage; acute aquatic toxicity; general systemic/organ effects” https://www.ewg.org/cleaners/substances/2376-GLUTARAL/
Petroleum products act like estrogens in the human body. Therefore, I avoid them as most people should. HHS Secretary Kennedy has also recently has criticized the use of food dyes derived from coal tar, linking them to health concerns. He has specifically warned about Tartrazine, also known as Yellow #5, which he notes was historically made from coal tar.
RFK, Jr. has raised concerns about its potential health effects, including links to tumors, asthma, developmental delays, ADHD, anxiety, gene damage, and hormone disruption.
I am really puzzled why they would turn a non-toxic product, like chlorine dioxide, into a potentially toxic product by adding the above ingredients. It is especially concerning that the products are in a nasal spray, meaning the products would come in very close contact to the user’s brain.
So thanks again for posting a recipe I can use without all the "extras".
I have used a variant of this procedure for some time and I add 1ml of DMSO to every 20ml of this saline/mms solution. I find it accelerates the healing process.
Another variant is CDS+salt+DMSO:
MMS is slightly acidic because there is always an excess amount of acid in the mixture (that's for safety reasons. NaClO2 is bad for kidneys). CDS which is pure ClO2 gas in water is often better tolerated because it is not acidic.
I am not a smoker but I would like to add this: It's conceivable that a smoker can get some nicotine poisoning when they add DMSO because it could cause any nicotine in the nose to penetrate the skin. I don't know how real this risk is. I see it as a potential problem.
You need to use either saline drops that are made for nasal administration (Ocean Nasal), or preferentially, use something like the NeilMed sinus rinse packets, since they are pH buffered with sodium bicarbonate. If you dilute anything too much that you put up your nose, it will be hypotonic (lower osmotic pressure than normal body fluid) and will cause stinging and burning. The same goes for hypertonic solutions.
With the NeilMed 8oz squeeze bottle, I only add 1 packet but I noticed later it says to add 2. So that means my version is too dilute? That may be why it can be stinging? I don't even have a sinus issue. BUT, if I have an ear nose or throat issue, doesn't that mean sinuses are involved too?
Thank you for what you're doing. It is very, very much appreciated. Hope I'm not too late to comment.
I followed this recipe as found somewhere else, and at first it was great. 3 strong inhalations with spray in each nostril and no problems. A few nights later I did that and it felt like a great fire got ignited in my nostril - scarily painful for a long minute or so. (This was done without any added salt.)
So I threw that batch away and made a new batch, this time with the added salt. I did 2 squirts of that, with a little less enthusiasm on the inhale - and it still burned like fire, though not as bad as the first time, and haven't used it since.
Now I'm a bit scared to try again, and not sure what to do exactly, but I think I'll make up another batch and do only 1 squirt with weaker inhale and go from there. I take it that my experience must be unusual.
Sometimes, if you have a chronic fungal infection in your sinuses, this can happen. When I sense a sinus infection or head cold coming on and I do the spray the first time that I do it it burns but then I can repeat in 15 to 30 seconds after the burning stops and it doesn't burn when I do it a second time. I do think that this is oxidation to microorganisms that are attached to the mucous membranes. Once they are oxidized, then when you do the spray again after a minute or so it will burn if you repeat and it burns then I would say that's more indicative of something else going on.
I think it's something to do with the plastic in the sprayer. Like I said, everything was fine at first. So I think the plastic degrades and gets into the solution. That's my best guess.
If the solution was CDS 3000 with distilled water, would it still be as effective?
Anecdotally I have had a cold-like illness for about a week now. 2 days ago the light bulb came on and I made a solution of 2.5ml CDS 3000 to 50 ml distilled water. I have been dropping it into my nose 3 times a day, as I don't have a sprayer.
My nose tends to get more stuffy after use, not less stuffy.
I'm wondering if the concentration is too high, if I'm using it wrong (too frequently or not frequently enough), or if the saline is integral in the use of this.
Anyhow thank you for this article and any advice would be MUCH appreciated!
The saline is important to prevent irritation to the nasal mucosa. The water is the likely culprit for making your nose, more stuffy. To make saline, add 1/8 tsp salt to 120 ml of water.
If using CDS, the concentration of the CDS spray should be around 20-30 ppm, more than that is unnecessary and may cause irritation.
To make a 25 ppm solution in 120ml of saline add 3 ml of the CDS3000.
So if you wanted to make only 50 mL Solution you could add 1.25 ml of CDS 3000 to 50 ml of saline.
You need exactly 1 mL of the 3000 ppm ClO₂ stock solution.
Step 4: Calculate the water volume
Total volume desired = 120 mL
Volume of stock solution = 1 mL
Volume of water = 120 mL - 1 mL = 119 mL
Final Answer:
Combine 1 mL of the 3000 ppm ClO₂ CDS with 119 mL of water to make 120 mL of a 25 ppm ClO₂ solution. This is a straightforward dilution, and the volumes are easy to measure with standard equipment like a syringe or graduated cylinder.
You are very engaged to answer all these questions over and over again!!

Meant to ask if you have a preference for making the MMS1 with citric acid or HCl....?
I prefer HCL or phosphoric acid. I don't use citric acid.

Is .3 the same as 3000ppm (Andreas K recipe)?

Are you using saline to dilute the CDS?
Yes, 0.9% (i make it myself with unrefined salt)
Try nebulizing. That will reduce the concentration. Sounds like you might have a fungal infection.

You don't likely have tumors yet but simply accept the sting and switch to Perry As calcium bentonite clay for a good month
It's easier than MMS or CDS no food restrictions
The sting is a subtle sign that you have THRUSH
Now adays our govt likes to change the name so older and wiser cant help us
Thrush then is now called candida albicans
Use calcium bentonite clay simple
Go to Perry A
YOU HAVE FUNGUS
MMS CDS won't work till you address it

If using CDS, the concentration of the CDS spray should be around 20-30 ppm, more than that is unnecessary and may cause irritation.
To make a 25 ppm solution in 120ml of saline add 3 ml of the CDS3000.
So if you wanted to make only 50 mL Solution you could add 1.25 ml of CDS 3000 to 50 ml of saline.
I am not sure these calculations are correct (or more likely I have a misunderstanding. From another Document you mention getting to 100ppm by:
Make 120 ml of 100 ppm CDS from 3000 ppm CDS by adding 4 ml of 3000 ppm CDS to 116 ml (grams) of dilution water/saline.
But in the case above you mention 3ml CDS into 120ml of water, to get 25ppm.
From Grok:
To make 120 mL of a 25 ppm ClO₂ (chlorine dioxide) solution using a stock solution of CDS at 3000 ppm, we’ll again use the dilution formula:
C1⋅V1=C2⋅V2C_1 \cdot V_1 = C_2 \cdot V_2C_1 \cdot V_1 = C_2 \cdot V_2
Where:
C1C_1C_1
= concentration of the stock solution (3000 ppm)
V1V_1V_1
= volume of the stock solution needed (what we’re solving for)
C2C_2C_2
= desired concentration (25 ppm)
V2V_2V_2
= final volume of the solution (120 mL)
Step 1: Plug in the values
3000⋅V1=25⋅1203000 \cdot V_1 = 25 \cdot 1203000 \cdot V_1 = 25 \cdot 120
Step 2: Solve for V1V_1V_1
3000⋅V1=30003000 \cdot V_1 = 30003000 \cdot V_1 = 3000
V1=30003000V_1 = \frac{3000}{3000}V_1 = \frac{3000}{3000}
V1=1 mLV_1 = 1 \, \text{mL}V_1 = 1 \, \text{mL}
Step 3: Interpret the result
God has given you a special gift in this area :)

X . 3000 ppm/120 ml = 25 ppm
3000mg/l(X)/120ml=25 mg/l
3000X= 120 x 25mg/L
3000X= 3000 mg/L
X = 3000 mg/L / 3000
X = 1 ml
How to calculate PPM for CDS
Dose x 3000 ppm/1000= final concentration?
How to calculate PPM for CDS in 1 Liter of Water
Formula: Volume of concentrate x 3000 ppm/1000= final concentration for 1 liter
Example 1:
10 ml x 3000 ppm/1000 ml = final concentration for 1 liter
30,000/1000 = 30 ppm
Final concentration= 30 ppm
-------
Example 2:
15 ml x 3000 ppm/1000 ml = final concentration for 1 liter
45,000/1000 = 45 ppm
Final concentration = 45 ppm
I am confused about the saline solutions. Is it 1/8tsp salt to 120ml of water, or 60ml of water?
Thanks, Mark
Thank you so much for the clarification! I will be making a new batch tomorrow.
So is the snoot just a saline spray or does it already contain the mms? If not, where would you get the other part needed? Thanks.
The Snoot Spray comes as a two-part kit and when you mix them together, it does form Chlorine Dioxide.
Cheaper to make you own or by a kit on Amazon. See this post at the bottom for Suppliers https://open.substack.com/pub/curioushumanproductions/p/part-2-how-to-use-chlorine-dioxide
Thank you🙏🙏
do you have a post for CDS nebulizer protocol?
That will be a soon upcoming post.
I’m hoping you can get to this soon! I’ve been nebulizing peroxide for years when I feel a cold or flu coming on, but I really want to try this too. My wife just started getting a sore throat, so we’re starting P-1000 now.
Use your H2O2. It's just as good in a nebulizer.
Here's how I use it in a nebulizer add 1 activated drop to 120 ml then put 10 ml of that solution in the nebulizer and neb for 2-3 minutes. Keep the rest in the refrigerator and use hourly.
Thanks! We were going to start P-1000 today, but didn’t have to. My wife’s sore throat is already gone and I didn’t get it, either.
If I have 3000cds can I also do this, what would the process be?
For a 20 PPM nasal spray solution Add 0.4 mL of your 3,000 ppm CDS stock to enough saline to bring the total volume to 60 mL.
