Thank you so much for posting this. It may save my trials with MMS. A few months of trials have produced too many side effects for me to take it orally. Although I haven't tried CDS yet. My entire system from mouth/dental to hiatal hernia to intestines - all are a mess. I will try this and the bath as well. When I first consumed MMS orally it made me feel wonderful until the side effect became too much. You are doing a tremendous service to humanity and I am so grateful for your information. Thank you.

If you have side effects after feeling wonderful, you should follow the three golden rules. Do you know the three golden rules of MMS?

Rule #1 (No Change Rule)

If your symptoms are improving, do not change anything. Continue with what you are doing.

Rule #2 (Reduce Rule)

If you are feeling worse (with prolonged nausea or diarrhea), reduce your intake by 50%, but keep taking it.

Rule #3 (Increase Rule)

Not getting better and not getting worse? If there are no signs of improvement, go to the next increase in dosage or go to the next level up of protocol. (Highest hourly dosage is still 3 drops for most protocols)

Yes, I know the rules. I was up to 8 drops a day and for the first 3 weeks I felt wonderful. Then the problems started. Sodium level dropped to 128, diahrrea, fissured tongue and oral gum surgery got very sore, hiatal hernia with acid reflux flared. IBS flared. MY GP doc told me I had to reduce to 1.5 liters of liquid per day to increase sodium. Gastro doc told me I had to stop diahrrea. I'm also going through hemmorhoid banding, waiting for the 3rd banding now.

I tried going back to 4 drops a day recently and the tongue can't handle it either. I have low saliva production and other symptoms of Celiac. It's possibly a parotid stone too. I learned about that today in your other post. I'm going to see my dentist soon and find out what's going in my mouth. Unless you have some other advice I will probably try the bag trick and baths. Otherwise I'm doing really well with topical DMSO for back pain daily.

So I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties.

I think you would probably be wise to alternate oxidation therapy with antioxidant therapy. That may help reduce detox symptoms and also make sure that your glutathione and other antioxidant levels don't drop too low.

That protocol has also worked for me. I worked up to 40 drops and used once daily for 2 weeks. Lessened my allergies.

Thanks for sharing that! What kind of allergies are you referring to?

I use it if the sinus protocol and 6 and 6 doesn't nip it in the bud. But as a bonus it takes care of the scrapes, cuts and bruising I get with my thin skin. We live on a boat and my shins and arms get marks without my knowing until I see it later. And, I get to miss the taste. 😉

Each and every time I read any testimonials, I am amazed and feel we are very blessed. Hallaluiah.

Will this work as well as ingestion?

Expand full comment
Curious Outlier's avatar

For some, it has worked as well because they could not tolerate ingestion. I don't have very many testimonials because not very many people use it or give it a chance.

I actually have it but had forgotten that there’s an enema protocol! Thx for the nudge though. It’s a great read:)

I really appreciate your response. I have Supra ventricular tachycardia and have been looking for ways to do mms that are effective, but don’t require round the clock dosing. Thanks again!

Annie, I just purchased Jim Humbles book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. It covers DMSO as well. I just started reading it. Perhaps a copy would help you find out more about dosing.

I had that, too. Got an ablation. Apparently, I had an extra electrical pathway in the heart. Are you not a candidate?

Ablation doesn’t appeal to me but thank you for the suggestion.

@curiousoutlier Is this method preferable or superior to ingestion in any way other than intolerance? Thanks 🙏🏻

No, it is not, but if someone can't take it in my mouth, it's definitely a good option.
